Delivery Time Estimates
We post all deliveries to the address you provide, so please double-check your order confirmation email to ensure that the address is correct. Kanchan Kaul accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

We strive to deliver products within 5-10 business days from the shipping date. However, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing delays, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. To avoid any disappointment, especially for gift orders, we recommend planning ahead.
Please remember that our delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary. For time-sensitive orders, we suggest contacting us before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Items
All shipments we send out are insured by our shipping providers. If your items arrive damaged or are lost in transit, please email us at kanchankaulart@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving the order or the "order delivered" notification. We will investigate your specific situation and work towards an appropriate solution. Please retain all packaging and documentation until the claim is resolved.

If you have received an incorrect item or an item with defects, we are happy to arrange for a replacement. Please contact us at kanchankaulart@gmail.com to start the replacement process. When emailing, kindly include a photo showing the item received and any defects. Unfortunately, we cannot provide replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.

Customs and Duties
Kanchan Kaul will not be liable for the fate of goods if the customer refuses to accept shipments where duties and taxes are payable. Please ensure that you are fully informed about the import fees, taxes, and procedures in your country before placing your order. Should your order be returned to us by your country's customs, we will not refund the shipping cost, even if the shipping was covered by us under the free shipping scheme. The customer is responsible for all import fees and taxes incurred.

Shipping to the EU
Please note that we do not collect taxes on behalf of EU customers; taxes and all related import/clearance fees will have to be paid by the customer upon the order's arrival in the EU.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include a note with your return shipment specifying your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Returns must be sent to our return address within 15 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at kanchankaulart@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once we receive the item(s), we will process an exchange or a refund for your order. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order and may take 5-10 business days to appear. We will not refund the shipping costs if any. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

To cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot process cancellations after this 24-hour period.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kanchan Kaul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or performance of products purchased from us.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
